The art house is the medium for the display, production of, and interaction with digital art.
Interaction with the art (display or research) is the material of and for production. Transparency and layering [draping] are the techniques by which the complexity of the system is exposed. The space is created through the produced and induced differences within the system of occupation.
Produced differences: Digital art being displayed is interacted with by the occupants. The (local) space of display changes as the type of occupation/interaction changes. The (global) space changes according to the interactions in the exhibits or the media being observed.
Induced difference: The choreographing of the material (both what the particular “installations” are and their selected location) provides for an immediate induced differentiation or effect.
The logic of every “installation” is immediately temporal and spatial, it is its virtuality. The occupation becomes a performance which actualizes or contributes to that virtuality.
